The Ministry Refresher Institute is a 3-day conference held on the campus of Heartland Baptist Bible College. Our purpose is to refresh men and women already serving in the ministry- whether they are pastors, pastors’ wives, evangelists, missionaries, or staff members. The MRI is designed to sharpen your ministry tools so that you will be better equipped to serve your local congregation. It will also be a time of encouragement, as you have ample opportunity to fellowship with like-minded pastors, staff members, and laymen.

General Information

Registration & Cost
We encourage you to register as soon as possible. You can pay the $70 fee online or upon arrival.

Housing (Men)
Housing is provided on campus in our three newest residence halls at no additional charge for men attending without their wives. For participants driving in, please bring twin bedding, towels, and personal toiletries with you. For those flying in, Heartland will provide linens, blankets, a pillow, and towels so you can eliminate the need for extra luggage. Please bring your own personal toiletries.

Housing (Couples)

Pastors attending with their wives should arrange for off-campus housing. Here is a list of hotel recommendations in the area that may be helpful.

Transportation
Free transportation is available from the Oklahoma City airport with advanced notification of schedule. For men staying on campus, transportation is provided; you do not need to rent a car.

Dress Code (Men)
With the exception of the mid-week service at Southwest Baptist Church, casual dress is acceptable for all MRI sessions and activities (casual slacks – no shorts please).

Dress Code (Women)
With the exception of the mid-week service at Southwest Baptist Church, casual skirts and dresses are appropriate for all MRI sessions and activities.
