Application Procedures
The following procedures make up the application process:
Fill in the application form completely, sign, date, and send with a recent, good quality photograph and $25.00 Application Fee.
Print or type your name and address at the top of each of the reference forms. Deliver the forms to the persons whom you have selected as references - your pastor and two employers, teachers, or friends (no relatives) who have known you for one year or more. It is customary to provide a stamped envelope addressed to the College for the convenience of those doing the references. The reference forms should be returned directly to Admissions.
Request your high school to send an official transcript of your high school record directly to Admissions. The transcript should indicate the date of graduation and the signature of the principal or other appropriate person. If you have a high school equivalency diploma or G.E.D., please request a copy be sent directly to the College.
Request each school you attended beyond high school, if any, to send an official academic transcript to Admissions.
Complete the medical form/questionnaire in sufficient time to have the form arrive at the college prior to enrollment. A TB test is required of all students coming from foreign countries, and if positive, a chest X-ray is required. The college reserves the right to require a physical examination and/or certain blood tests.
When all items of application have been received and the applicant is accepted for enrollment, a letter of acceptance and information regarding registration will be sent to the individual.
