President's Message

There are few things more frustrating in this technological world than losing a connection.  Whether it is bad cell phone reception or being kicked off the internet, we all relate to the need for strong connections.  Of course, there are some things not worth being connected to – Heartland Baptist Bible College is not one of those things.

I graduated from then Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in 1978. For almost 15 years I had little to do with my alma mater, but in the early nineties I decided to get involved.  Since that time I have found what a blessing it is to be connected  and what I can do to be a blessing to my school.

It is my desire to see the Alumni Association serve the college and its alumni and promote loyalty to Heartland’s traditions.  The apostle Paul said in his writings to “hold the traditions that ye have been taught.”  At HBBC those traditions include a love for the Word of God, the importance of the local church, the conviction of Baptist distinctives and the challenge for personal integrity.  It is my desire to see graduates of both Pacific Coast and Heartland connected in fellowship with fellow graduates, staff and faculty.

We have an opportunity to make the alumni association a key link in connecting you to HBBC!  I would like to encourage you to support our school by getting involved with the Alumni Association.

If you have any questions, you may call the school toll free at 1.877.943.9330.

Sincerely,
Pastor Marshall Stevens
